Leading Lady was so generous to offer me one of their wonderful bra’s for review and also offered me a chance for one of my lucky readers to win one for themselves. The bra I chose to review was Leading Lady’s Scalloped Lace Underwire Full Figure Bra. I had a tough time choosing which bra to go with since they all looked so comfortable. But finally it come down to trying one that would make me feel pretty and girly. I have to say I was surprised at how well the bra fit. Typically I wear a 34DD however Leading Lady did not offer this size so Erin, over at Leading Lady, suggested I go one band size up and a cup size down. This meant I would need a 36D. So I took a leap of faith and ordered that size. I am so glad that I did. It fits like a glove. It has been my go to bra every since I received it. I just love the feel of the lace (I thought the lace would be itchy,so wrong) and the straps are wide not thin and they don’t bite into your skin like so many others.
The color was perfect as well. I am always in need of a bra I can wear under white shirts and with this bra I can. I have a hard time finding them in my size and so finding this bra really makes me happy.

I have been really getting into this rut with my meals. We have the same three dishes each week and I am tired of plain and ordinary. So what I think I will try is to find a few easy and quick recipes I can do at home and start doing a menu for the week. This way if someone don’t want what we are having ahead of time they can feed themselves instead of whinning when dinner gets done.
Here is what I would love to start with this coming week-
Chocolate covered toffee bars, such as Skor Toffee Bars, chopped
Chocolate sprinkles
Other variations:different candy bars, chopped;different varieties of sprinkles;different chopped nuts
Directions
For the cookies:Cream the butter with the powdered sugar. Add the egg and vanilla and mix to combine. Add the flour, cocoa powder and salt, and mix together until the dough comes together. Place plastic wrap on the surface of the dough and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Line baking sheets with baking mats or parchment.
Roll out the cookie dough and cut out the cookies using a rectangular cookie cutter,re-rolling the scraps in order to use as much of the dough as possible. Place the cookies onto the prepared baking sheets. Bake for 7 to 9 minutes,in batches if necessary, being careful not to burn. Cookies will remain the same general size and shape after they bake.
Remove from the oven and place the cookies on a cooling rack. Allow them to cool completely.
Melt the almond barks in separate bowls in the microwave. Dip half of each cookie into the white almond bark and half into the chocolate bark. Immediately sprinkle or press toppings from the Dipping Bar over both sides of the cookies. Gently set on parchment paper or another nonstick surface and allow to cool before serving.

I have been so busy this week. I have had a rough time getting everything done. I had school work, the holiday, family things and everything else. I haven’t had much time for any extra activities. I have a hat I am knitting for a lady and and I just can not get it right. Every time I try a pattern something happens and it doesn’t work out. UGH I am so stressed.
I knew I needed to post to keep this thing going so here it is –my stressful messed up busy life.
“This cake is easy to make, and it’s so delicious. Everyone that’s tried it has said it tasted just like the ones in a deli! You’ll love it!”
INGREDIENTS:
15 graham crackers,crushed
2 tablespoons butter,melted
4 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
1 1/2 cups white sugar
3/4 cup milk
4 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
DIRECTIONS:
1.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9 inch springform pan.
2.
In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter. Press onto bottom of springform pan.
3.
In a large bowl, mix cream cheese with sugar until smooth. Blend in milk, and then mix in the eggs one at a time, mixing just enough to incorporate. Mix in sour cream, vanilla and flour until smooth. Pour filling into prepared crust.

Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour. Turn the oven off,and let cake cool in oven with the door closed for 5 to 6 hours;this prevents cracking. Chill in refrigerator until serving.
